Sonia Woods 

Sonia Woods is a 14 year old ballet dancer at the Canterburry Ballet School, Christchurch. Last year, the ballet dancer was (out of 8000 applicants worldwide) selected for a scholarship at the prestigious American Ballet Theatre in New York. Her gracious movement and emotional maturity are unseen. Add to that her incredible courage to surprise hundreds of people in unusual settings, during our organised "flasmob" with violonist Fiona Pears, make her a superstar in the making.
